After being diagnosed with Celiac, life changed. It was a long road back to health and a complete education in gluten free eating and cooking. Finally after two long years, we had it figured out and thank God, had our family back to good health and nutrition!
The next thing we thought about was how we missed going out to eat. We were in the restaurant business and also enjoyed finding great restaurants to dine out at. BUT our old favorites but they weren’t an option anymore.
When we looked at Gluten Free Restaurants Boston, there wasn’t much. There were a few in downtown but outside of Boston or on the North Shore there were only a couple of chains. Don’t get me wrong, we were grateful for them!
That’s when we decided to expand the Dining area, include Beer and Wine and offer a delicious Gluten Free Pizza. It wasn’t easy to change how we prepared our Italian pizzas so that no gluten became airborne or implement all of the procedures to keep our new products free from cross-contamination. But we were determined to do it. We looked long and hard for a hand-baked crust that we were proud to serve alongside our Original Italian Pizza. We also wanted to make it available with many Gluten-Free choices for fresh and delicious toppings just like our Original.
And just as we were grateful for the Gluten Free Restaurants we found in Boston area, our customers have let us know that they feel the same way! We are really happy about providing Great tasting Gluten Free Pizza, Wings and even Gluten-Free Beer to this very under-served market!!!
